The location is excellent, staff are friendly and the rates are exceptional

The rooms require an urgent deep cleaning! The floors are sticky, furniture smells like vomit and toilets smells like urine.The ACs were noisy and soap dispensers were empty

They refused the food delivery to come and they refused to call me when he comeThere is a noise coming from downstairs.I didn’t like the place and the staff weren’t that bad rate them 4/10 But I will never ever come back again. I really didn’t like the stay

Free upgrade to a 1bhk apartment. Nice balcony, shower, decent tv and couch.

No amenities, no towel, no toiletries.

The most wonderful thing was Mr.Harsh very helpful and welcoming ??

Very poor maintenance.The AC was not cooling properly even after complaining several times.The toilet شطاف was leaking, and the safe box battery was low and not fixed despite repeated reminders.Totally unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be “Luxury.”

Excellent place, pblm I faced on location and contact number posted in web. I struggle 5-10 min at night. Call to the posted contact number in the web but unfortunately not reaching.

No slippers in the room. The Bathroom fittings could be better... the Master Bedroom's Bathroom's basin drain was clogged and the water kept on accumulating after each use.

I like the room, except the sofa looks dirty

The slim guy in the reception, he is rude. I think he ia indian guy. He is not good in his welcoming visitor.

Good location. Value for money, courteous staff.

The Housekeeping is required on daily basis.

The couch was in bad condition, with burns and discoloration. The tea table was not good, old, and worn out.The comforter in my room was not good too

Excellent clean hotel in a very good location. Don't expect much but the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is fantastic. Perfect no frills hotel.Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Was perfect for what I needed which was a cheap but clean room in the city.

At night too nosy because of the club and the ask for insurance with payment which is something very strange

The service, the comfort of the room, the kitchen was empty no spone, plates! Nothing just 2 water and cubs

Room was a great size.

Dirty swimming pool area, water bottles, beer bottles, empty cigarette packets left from the evening before, mis-matching and oil stained metal framed loungers that gained too much heat in the sun to utilise armrests etc, no towels available despite the spa being located on the same floor, extended my stay due to flight alterations but no room cleaning on second day, roof service manager rang the bell at circa 1700hrs, I explained that the room had not been cleaned, linen not changed, bibs not emptied. Shower disposables such as gel, shampoo had been left half full from previous occupants, floor dirty, stains to sofa in lounge area, very little Western TV Channels, AC not working efficiently in either rooms, hob damaged to kitchen area, half a roll of toilet paper !

Very noisy . No respect for the sleeping hours.The noise is from the property itself as they are running lounge in the ground floor…. Cleanness is below the expectations . The kitchen is useless , stove is locked , no utensils …. Very poor and low class hotel
